Persian cats have the longest and densest coat of any cat breed. This means that they need to consume more nutrients for coat health than other cat breeds. ROYAL CANIN Persian Adult contains an exclusive complex of nutrients to support the protective skin barrier and to keep the coat and skin healthy. Due to their long coats, Persian cats are prone to forming hairballs, which can cause discomfort. Thanks to ROYAL CANIN Persian Adult fallen hair is eliminated, hairball formation is controlled and intestinal patency is naturally stimulated by a special mix of fibers (including psyllium rich in mucilaginous substances). Digestion is supported by highly digestible proteins (L.I.P.), prebiotics, omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids. But not only that, ROYAL CANIN Persian Adults adapted kibble is almond-shaped with an optimal contact surface making it easy for the Persian cat to ingest and chew the kibble.
